Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
a. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
b. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of user-generated content.
a. Annote.io shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
b. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing or using the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice.
